ICRON Sales Agents provide implementation support and ongoing consulting services to our customers. Sales Agents are well-established, trusted advisors to compaanies in particular geographic, vertical and/or business model niches. While they are highly involved in positioning ICRON to prospective customers, Sales Agents do not actually resell ICRON software. Instead, when partnering with Sales Agents, ICRON holds the software license contract with the customer.
ICRON Distributors provide complete ICRON business solutions and value-added services to customers in their designated regions worldwide. In most cases, ICRON Distributors serve geographic market segments in which ICRON does not operate directly. Offering complete consulting, implementation, education and support services, ICRON Distributors actually hold the software license contract with the end customer.
Product Partner Program delineates four categories of involvement: Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Partners, Development Partners, Interface Partners and Referral Partners. The program is based on the level of the partner\'s involvement with ICRON. ICRON and OEM partners mutually exercise the greatest level of involvement with one another.

ICRON Strategic Consulting Partners have significant name recognition and influence in a particular geography, industry, or market space. Strategic Consulting Partners may or may not have a worldwide presence. These organizations have a proven ability to generate incremental software opportunities as well as services revenue. Strategic Consulting Partners offer services in all major categories: enterprise software application, technology, process definition and improvement, change management, business reengineering, and strategic solutions. All ICRON Strategic Consulting Partners are recognized for possessing strong consulting skills, and a well-defined ICRON business development organization used to develop marketing programs, enhance lead generation, and sell services. Strategic Consulting Partners are expected to adhere to the ICRON approach for ICRON services engagements.
