QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mathematics and/or Engineering, M.Sc. is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of international supply chain planning software / business application inside sales experience
- Competent in cold calling and generating interest in ICRON solutions
- Experience in consultative selling approaches
- An extensive knowledge of company’s products and services, technology, application areas and pricing practices
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English, Dutch and preferably German language
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for inside sales support and consultative selling activities of Sales Directors and Pre-sales consultants of license and services sales (new business and existing customer base)
- Analyzing customer needs and gathering business requirements in a clear way
- Applying subject matter expertise and via interview skills formulating prospects challenges
- Preparing and delivering software messages in lead generation projects that results in sales opportunities
- Coordinates all content, functional communication in complex leadgen campaigns with the objective to create sales opportunities.
- As a representative of ICRON, presents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales related matters (understanding of customer’s business and product requirements is necessary)
- Works with Sales team to plan account strategies
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with influencers in the market
- Supports marketing activities and lead generation (attending events, etc.)
- Support Sales Director from an inside sales perspective in the qualification of sales leads
- Cooperation/coordination of international sales and marketing events with the international Sales and Marketing Team
